BELGRADE, May 16
(Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for
the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz said on
Wednesday the Prosecutor's Office considered the trial of the former
Bosnian Serb commander, Ratko Mladic, very important , expressing
conviction Mladic would have a fair trial and adding the that the
prosecution would manage to prove Mladic's individual and command
responsibility.
