ZAGREB, May 4
(Hina) - A former Hungarian representative in INA and
executive finance director, Zalan Bacs, said at the trial of former
Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader in Zagreb on Friday that the 2009
amended shareholders' agreement between the Croatian government and
Hungary's MOL introduced improvements in the management of the
Croatian oil and gas group.
