The delegation of the Finance Ministry will be headed by Finance Minister Slavko Linic and that of the central bank by HNB Deputy Governor Boris Vujcic.
The Croatian delegation will have a series of meetings at the World Bank, where Minister Linic is due to meet with the World Bank Vice-President for Europe and Central Asia, Philippe Le Houerou, Director for Croatia Peter Harrold, and Executive Director Rudolf Jan Treffers. They will discuss the existing projects, the preparation and approval of new projects, and future cooperation.
Talks with the IMF Director for Europe, Reza Moghadam, Executive Director Menno Snel and IMF Croatia Mission Chief Nikolay Gueorguiev will focus on the macroeconomic situation in Croatia and the measures being implemented by the government to reduce budget expenditure.
The Croatian delegation will have several bilateral meetings, including one with the President of the Inter-American Development Bank, Luis Alberto Moreno, and his associates, the statement said.
