ZAGREB, March 22
(Hina) - The Split shipyard will be sold to the
Samobor-based DIV company, while the bids by businessman Danko Koncar
for the purchase of the shipyards in Trogir and Kraljevica were turned
down, whereby the Kraljevica dock will file for bankruptcy, and a new
solution will be sought for the shipyards in Trogir and the
Rijeka-based "3.Maj". The Uljanik shipyard will be privatised
according to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) with the
injection of fresh capital, according to decisions made by the
Croatian government at its session on Thursday.
