(Hina) - Croatian Parliament Speaker Boris Sprem on
Wednesday held talks with Council of Europe Commissioner for Human
Rights Thomas Hammarberg and stressed that Croatia was constructively
taking part in programmes and activities of the Council of Europe,
Sprem's office said in a statement.
