Agrokor's affiliates Ledo, Zvijezda, Konzum and Jamnica gave the necessary guarantees for the loan, the companies announced on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
ZAGREB, March 21
(Hina) - The Agrokor food and retail group signed a
EUR 75 million club loan agreement with BNB Paribas, JP Morgan Limited
and Zagrebacka Banka on Tuesday. The loan is repayable over a period
of three years.
