According to a statement from the President's Office, Josipovic was presented with conclusions of a round-table discussion held on February 19 and was asked for support in drafting a bill to protect people who report corruption and crime. The President thanked them for their courage and supported their legislative initiative.
Also discussed were the constitutional amendment that ensured that privatisation-related crimes and war profiteering were not subject to the statute of limitations, and problems faced by state institutions in discovering corruption.
