ZAGREB, March 15
(Hina) - The government on Thursday sent to
parliament for discussion a bill of amendments to the Public Assembly
Act to enable again public rallies in St. Mark's Square, where the
government and parliament headquarters are located, limiting the
number of participants in such gatherings to 1,500 and stipulating
that the distance between them and the government, parliament and
Constitutional Court buildings must be a minimum 10 metres.
