(Hina) - U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State
for European and Eurasian Affairs Philip Reeker has said that special
election regulations should be in force in Srrebrenica because of the
fact that the population of Srebrenica was dramatically and tragically
changed by the genocide that was committed against Bosniaks during the
1990s war, the Bosnian daily Dnevni Avaz reported on Saturday.
