(Hina) - The leader of the Independent Trade Union of
the Split-based shipyard Brodosplit, Zvonko Segvic, told reporters on
Tuesday that he would sue the screw factory DIV from Samobor for
making false statements and disclosing business secrets about
Brodosplit, adding that the company did not meet conditions from a
tender for the privatisation of Brodosplit and that the government
should launch a third privatisation round.
