(Hina) - The chair of the Serbian parliament's
Committee on European Integration, Laslo Varga, has said that the most
important condition for Serbia to be given a date for the start of its
EU membership talks is the abolishment of Serbian institutions in the
north of Kosovo and that Serbia should not hope to get that date
before December.
