(Hina) - In order to raise national competitiveness
and achieve a successful state and society, it is more important than
ever to change the negative trends in employment, the public debt,
output and education by encouraging investment in life-long learning,
innovations, human potential and the creation of in-demand jobs, a
conference in Zagreb heard on Wednesday.
