(Hina) - Construction and Physical Planning Minister
Ivan Vrdoljak said in the eastern city of Osijek on Tuesday that
investments in the telecommunications infrastructure and energy
efficiency would enable a high level of cost-effectiveness and the use
of various extra-budgetary financing models, but added that there were
certain legislation-related obstacles that needed to be resolved so as
to encourage such investments.
