(Hina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina must carry out the
European Court of Human Rights ruling which says that the Bosnian
Constitution and election law discriminate against national minorities
and this is the basic prerequisite for the Stabilisation and
Association Agreement to go into effect, the European Union's special
representative for Bosnia, Peter Sorensen, has said.
