VIROVITICA, Feb 15
(Hina) - The County Court in Bjelovar has
acquitted Virovitica.net journalist and editor Goran Gazdek of
defamation, for which he was sued by Josip Djakic, an MP of the
opposition HDZ party, and Ante Kristo, a former president of the
Virovitica Municipality and its wartime emergency headquarters. The
verdict is final.
