BELGRADE, Feb 10
(Hina) - Serbian war crimes prosecutors have issued
an indictment against a former commander of the 4th company of the
Serb Territorial Defence (TO), Bozo Vidakovic, and a former TO member
from the eastern Croatian village of Tenja, Zarko Cubrilo, for war
crimes committed against a prisoner of war and 18 civilians in the
period from 7 July to the end of August 1991 in Tenja.
