ZAGREB, Feb 9
(Hina) - The Croatian association of hoteliers (UPUHH)
said on Thursday it was satisfied with the government's decision to
reduce the VAT rate on the tourism and hospitality trade and the fact
that tourism employees had been given additional guarantees that the
reduced rate would be applied as of 2013, in accordance with proposed
amendments to the Value Added Tax Act.
