SARAJEVO, Feb 2
(Hina) - The Supreme Court of the Bosnian Serb
entity has rejected the request by the Islamic Community in Bosnia and
Herzegovina to have the Republika Srpska and the city of Banja Luka
pay damages to the Islamic Community for the destruction of all 16
Banja Luka mosques in 1993, the Republika Srpska Ombudsman Office said
in a press release on Thursday.
