ZAGREB, Feb 1
(Hina) - Croatia's leading dairy company Dukat has
reported that as of 1 February it will start paying its contract
farmers form milk at a market-regulated price and will not abide by a
memorandum on the milk purchase price in Croatia which stipulates that
the purchase price for milk will be determined on the basis of the
average purchase prices of milk in European Union member-states in the
previous three months with the calculation of the mean exchange rate
of the kuna-euro from the Croatian National Bank.
