(Hina) - The government's guidelines for the
preparation of this year's budget point to firm steps aimed at
reducing the deficit, which could be enough until the budget is passed
to win the trust of financial markets and prevent a credit rating
downgrade with negative economic consequences, analysts of the Zagreb
Institute of Economics (EIB) said in a statement on Tuesday.
