ZAGREB, Jan 26
(Hina) - A Zagreb County Court panel of judges will
decide on February 10 if the indictment is founded in the Fimi Media
case in which former Prime Minister Ivo Sanader, the Croatian
Democratic Union (HDZ) party and nine legal and natural persons are
accused of syphoning funds from state institutions and companies into
an HDZ slush fund.
