ZAGREB, Jan 20
(Hina) - The Croatian parliament on Friday amended
the distraint legislation, rectifying an omission which was made at
the first session of the seventh parliament during the changing of the
same legislation. Under the latest changes, the courts will carry out
distraint procedures under the existing law until 1 July when public
distraint officers will start operating.
