ZAGREB, Jan 18
(Hina) - France hails the launching of the border
arbitration process between Croatia and Slovenia and voices its
satisfaction with the the fact that the two governments quickly
reached an agreement on the composition of the arbitral tribunal, a
spokesman for the French Foreign Ministry told a news conference on
Wednesday.
