KISELJAK, Nov 7 (Hina/HABENA) - 10,000 expelled Croats from Vares arrived
in Kiseljak these days, whereas 12,000 Croats from the surrounding villages
of Vares had not managed to pass through the encirclement, reported the
Herzeg-Bosnia's News Agency (HABENA)today. A part of the displaced Bosnian
Croats are still situated in the location of Brgule in the Vares
municipality.
There are three times more displaced perons in Kiseljak than its residents.
The displaced persons must be accommodated in the sport-halls and
factories. The Kiseljak municipality is short of water and electricity
supplies, while residents can get only one meal a day. Infections are
spreading under such terrible conditions of living.
The Kiseljak authorities are sending an appeal to all the international
humanitarian organizations to help rescue these residents and displaced
persons in need.
The appeal stresses that there is no time for delying relief aid. The
world has been already helping the Moslems in Sarajevo, Zepa and Gorazde,
and it should emergantly send relief aid to Kiseljak this time, the appeal
emphasizes.
