(Hina) - Five Croatian trade union federations on
Thursday supported the proposal by the non-governmental
election-monitoring organisation GONG that the referendum on Croatia's
accession to the European Union, scheduled for January 22, should be
postponed for a month due to legislative shortcomings and citizens'
lack of information about the EU.
