LJUBLJANA, Dec 21
(Hina) - Slovenia's new 90-seat parliament on
Wednesday afternoon failed to elect the speaker in the first round of
a secret ballot as neither Borut Pahor of the Social Democrats (SD)
nor Masa Kociper of the Positive Slovenia party managed to secure a
majority, that is 46 votes.
