(Hina) - Talks with Slovenia on the appointment of the
three arbitrators, including the president of the arbitral tribunal
for the Croatian-Slovenian border dispute, have not begun as, under
the arbitration agreement, they are due to begin after Croatia signs
its European Union Accession Treaty, Croatia's representative to the
tribunal said on Friday.
