MOSTAR, Dec 1 (Hina) - "The return of Croats to Bugojno is our
strategic goal," leader of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) of
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Dario Kordic, told a delegation of Bugojno
Croats.
The delegation informed Kordic that the accommodation was
provided in Bugojno, central Bosnia, for the return of 2,000
Croats.
In this town 1,350 Croats now live in 750 houses. Since the
Vienna agreement was signed, 800 Croats have left the town while
some 70 expelled Croats have returned to Bugojno.
The delegation said Moslems expelled from Serb-held areas were
still moving to Bugojno and emphasized that the Croatian
authorities did not make sufficient efforts towards resolving the
problem of Bugojno Croats.
