ZAGREB, Nov 8 (Hina) - The Croatian Confederation of Independent
Trade Unions (KNSH) today proposed the Croatian Government to draft
laws on labour courts and labour inspection.
The KNSH said that the laws should be drafted because the
employed had no adequate legal protection.
The KNSH proposed that Conventions 81 and 129 should be
published, as well as the International Labour Organization's
recommendations 81 and 133 on labour inspection, and that the law
on labour inspection, based on the conventions' provisions, should
be drafted.
