MOSTAR, Oct 6, (Hina) - The presidency of the ruling Croatian
Democratic Union (HDZ) in Bosnia-Herzegovina said the Bosnian Croat
leadership was united when it came to implementing the Washington
Accords.
In a statement last night it said it also supported talks in
Zagreb aimed at accelerating the establishment of the Federation of
Bosnia-Herzegovina and its confederation with Croatia.
But it could not agree with a speech by Mr Izetbegovic
delivered to the UN General Assembly session because it failed to
mention anything about Croatians in Bosnia-Herzegovina or the
Federation and the confederation with Croatia.
Such moves "were not in the spirit of building trust between
the Croats and Bosniac-Moslems," the statement said.
