ZAGREB, Oct 5 (Hina) - Flights expected to resume at Belgrade
airport today will be guided by equipment stolen from Dubrovnik
airport in Croatia.
Yugoslav army troops took $9 million worth equipment during
their retreat from Dubrovnik's Cilipi airport in 1991.
The equipment includes a radar and a flight control electronic
system and all kinds of vehicles and machines necessary for the
operation an aiport, Dubrovnik airport officials said.
Croatia informed permanent Security Council member states of
the problem.
The UN Security Council passed a resolution on September 23 to
lift some of international sanctions against the rump Yugoslav
federation of Serbia and Montenegro for its role in the Bosnia war.
