SARAJEVO, Sep 14 (Hina) - "After two-day talks in Zagreb, the implementation of the Croat-Bosniac Federation's constitution is developing in the right way and I may say that an unfavorable course of events, which could lead to a conflict, is avoided," said Bosnian President Alija Izetbegovic in Sarajevo today. "Our impression is that the Croatian party is sincerely willing to implement the Federation's constitution," Izetbegovic said. A number of important decisions was made, he said adding that an agreement on the appointment of Croat officials to the Federation's Government, and a decision on the constitution of the government and municipal authorities were of the greatest importance. After that, cantons may be constituted. The Croatian and Bosnian delegations reached an agreement that diplomatic representatives of Bosnia-Herzegovina would be proposed within 15 days, and in the next 15 days they would be appointed. Izetbegovic mentioned an agreement on securing the traffic on the Metkovic-Tuzla road. The agreement also includes establishing of a joint customs post in Doljani. Bosnian Prime Minister Haris Silajdzic said that his visit to Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates and Katar was very successful.
