SESSION OF CROATIAN STATE AND CHURCH COMMITTEES

ZAGREB, Sep 8 (Hina) - Members of the Croatian state and Church committees for preparations of Holy Father's visit to Croatia said at today's meeting that all preparations were going well, according to the plan, and that most preparations were completed. A procedure of the reception, which will be given to Pope John Paul II at Zagreb airport and at the President's residence, has been established. The preparations at the Hippodrome, site of the open-air mass on Sunday, are nearly complete. Two TV screens will be set up on the right and left sides of the altar. (hina) mm ks 081224 MET sep 94
