(Hina) - The management of the Slovenian company
Mercator on Wednesday said that it was still reserved towards
proposals made at last week's talks with Croatia's Agrokor by a
consortium of banks and the Pivovarna Lasko brewery, which wants to
sell its 52 percent interest in the leading Slovenian retail chain to
the Croatian company, and the management proposed three new approaches
to the negotiations.
