ZAGREB, Nov 29
(Hina) - Human rights ombudsman Jurica Malcic and
gender equality ombudswoman Visnja Ljubicic on Tuesday assessed as
unacceptable a recent anti-homosexual statement by Ante Kulusic, a
Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) candidate in the upcoming
parliamentary election, voicing concern that those attending the party
rally at which the statement was made did not condemn such intolerance
and incitement to discrimination.
