SUBOTICA, June 1 (Hina) - The main door of the Franciscan church in Subotica was mined at 4 a.m. Wednesday. Subotica is a town in the Serbian province of Vojvodina, which was stripped of its high-degree autonomy, granted in the former Yugoslavia, by Serbian president Milosevic. Vojvodina was a part of Austria-Hungary until 1918. The Hungarian, Croatian and other ethnic minorities live there. Serbs immigrated in Vojvodina in 1679. 011725 MET jun 94
