FOREIG $ N COUNTRIES HELD ZAGREB, May 6 (Hina) - The first session of the Govt. Committee for economic relations with foreign countries was held Friday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nikica Valentic. The Committee discussed a proposal of the project "Strategy of Croatian economic relations with foreign countries". Prime Minister Valentic stressed that the Committee should discuss the most important elements of the strategy of economic relations with foreign countries, so that it would immediately act in accordance with the elements. Governor of the Croatian National Bank (NBH) Pero Jurkovic informed members of the Committee that an IMF delegation was currently in Croatia in order to reach a stand by arrangement for Croatia. 061923 MET may 94
