ZAGREB, Nov 23
(Hina) - The Hungarian oil and gas company MOL issued
a statement on Wednesday evening expressing its satisfaction with the
signing earlier in the day of a settlement agreement between the
Croatian food company Podravka, the Hungarian bank OTP and MOL,
whereby all claims and obligations between the contractual parties,
deriving from contracts concluded in March 2009 regarding 10.64% of
Podravka's shares, ceased.
