(Hina) - The attorney for Josip Boljkovac, charged
according to command responsibility with the killing of 21 civilians
in May 1945 in the area of Karlovac, has asked the Constitutional
Court to quash decisions to launch an investigation into Boljkovac and
place him in custody, claiming that the decisions were made by bodies
which did not have the authority to do it.
