(Hina) - A former member of the Supervisory Board of
Podravka, Boris Hmelina, said in the continuation of the trial in the
so-called Spice case before the Zagreb County Court on Wednesday that
the possibility of a hostile takeover of the Koprivnica-based food
company had been discussed only informally.
