BRUSSELS, Nov 4
(Hina) - The European Commission sticks to its
recommendations that Serbia be granted the status of candidate for
European Union membership and that Montenegro open EU accession
negotiations, and the Commission also stresses that it is on
member-states to make decisions to that effect, Peter Stano, EU
Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fuele's spokesman, said in Brussels on
Friday.
