LJUBLJANA, Oct 28
(Hina) - The Slovenian Mercator company is willing
to actively participate in the procedure in which a consortium of
Slovenian banks and the Pivovarna Lasko (PL) brewery are selling their
50.03 per cent interest in that biggest Slovenian retail company in
order to remove possible risks, Mercator's managing board said in a
statement released by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
