(Hina) - The parliament's Privileges and Credentials
Commission (MIP) on Friday failed to secure a quorum to consider a
request of the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor (DORH) to strip
independent member of parliament Ivan Cehok of immunity from
prosecution for the conclusion of a harmful agreement when he was the
mayor of the northern city of Varazdin.
