SERBS CONTINUE WITH HEAVY SHELLING AND INFANTRY ATTACKS ON ORASJE

TOLISA, May 14 (Hina) - Serb aggressors were trying to break through western defence lines on the Orasje-Samac front, northern Bosnia, all the morning, the local Croatian Defence Council (HVO) command said on Sunday. The aggressors failed to advance in that part of the Orasje front, suffering losses in manpower and equipment. Serbs continued with heavy shelling on the unoccupied part of the Bosnian Posavina last night, the same source said. The village of Grebnice were pounded with a hundred tank and mortar rounds, whereas the villages of Ostra Luka and Vidovice were hit by dozens of 82mm mortar shells. The HVO troops in the central part of the front were exposed to the fire from anti-aircraft machine-guns of 'bofors' type at the same time. Traffic of Serb military vehicles was still very heavy along the so-called corridor from Bijeljina (at the Bosnian-Serbian border) toward the other occupied towns of Brcko and Bosanski Samac.
