MOSTAR, May 12 (Hina) - Bosnian Serb forces today resumed
shelling the Livno area of southwestern Bosnia. The town of Livno
was put on general alert at 11.00 hours.
Serbs yesterday fired four 120-mm mortar shells and opened
occasional small arms fire on Croatian Defence Council (HVO)
lines on the Livno front, HVO officials said in a statement this
morning.
Yesterday Serbs also opened sporadic artillery fire on HVO
positions in the Usora area, about 120 km north of Sarajevo.
