ZAGREB, May 4 (Hina) - Six people were killed while 39 were
seriously wounded and 136 lightly, in missile attacks on Zagreb
Tuesday and Wednesday, Mayor Branko Miksa told a City Assembly
session today. He added that 83 buildings and 379 cars were
damaged.
On behalf of the city authorities Miksa offered condolences to
the families of people who had been killed in the attacks.
The Mayor commended police, army and ambulance service,
notably police officers who had defused over 500 "bomblets" from
rocket-propelled cluster bombs.
