ZAGREB, May 4 (Hina) - 502 refugees from northwestern Bosnia, who
had been accommodated in two transit camps in western Slavonia near
Okucani and Stara Gradiska, under the protection of Jordanian and
Nepalese UNCRO battalions, were relocated yesterday to other parts
of Croatia, the Croatian Government Office for Refugees and
Displaced Persons said today.
146 refugees from the Jordanian battalion camp near Okucani
were relocated to the Lonja refugee centre near Ivanic-Grad, about
50 km east of Zagreb.
245 out of 356 refugees from the Nepalese camp near Stara
Gradiska (Pustara) were relocated to the "Obonjan" refugee camp
near Sibenik and 23 were relocated to the Lonja refugee camp. 88
refugees were accommodated in their relatives' homes.
