PRESIDENT TUDJMAN RECEIVES PIANIST IVO POGORELIC

ZAGREB, Feb 4 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman this evening received Ivo Pogorelic in the presidential court, a statement from the President's Office said. Mr. Pogorelic told President Tudjman about his plans and endeavours to establish closer and more concrete links with his homeland both in the cultural and humanitarian field. Mr. Pogorelic informed President Tudjman of his forthcoming concert in Zagreb, as one of activities in such endeavours. He also invited President Tudjman to attend the coming concert. The others who were present at the meeting included the President's Advisor on social activities, Branimir Jaksic, the President's Advisor on culture, Zeljka Corak and the President's Advisor on Diaspora issues, Zdravka Busic.
