ZAGREB, Jan 25 (Hina) - A delegation of the Croatian Parliament's
Foreign Affairs Committee, led by its head Zarko Domljan, paid a
visit to Slovakia on 23 and 24 January at an invitation of the
Slovakian Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee's head, Dusan
Slobodnik.
In Bratislava Croatian delegates met the Slovakian
Parliament's deputy speaker Augustin Marian Huske, several
parliamentary committees' representatives and the Slovakian
Parliament's Slovakian-Croatian friendship group's members.
The delegates also visited the villages of Hrvatski Grob and
Cunovo near Bratislava where Croats live.
The talks in Slovakia were dominated by the issues from
Croatia's and Slovakia's foreign policies, strategy of small
countries'' development as well as the reintegration of the
occupied Croatian areas and Croatia's decision not to renew
UNPROFOR's current mandate.
