BRUSSELS, Oct 22
(Hina) - The European Commission has taken note of
the fact that the Croatian parliament has adopted a law invalidating
war crimes indictments issued by the judicial authorities of the
former Yugoslavia and Serbia, announcing that it will analyse if the
amended law includes its recommendations.
